Writing is such a great way for someone who is emotional often (like me :)) to communicate. It helps me to slow down and really think about what it is I want to say. In the A Million Miles in A Thousand Years, he talks about someone who said that writers need to sit down and write every day whether they want to or not. So, I definitely think it's something you have to work at and practice often. So, keep writing!!!

Sometimes it is about releasing the thoughts. Setting them free. They are caged up inside my head, but putting them out there in the blogushere sets them free, and they don't have to torment me anymore.

Good to see you back.

Good thoughts. I find it funny that someone who has never liked to write (me) now has a blog and writes a few thousand words a week. It has been a pleasant surprise to get past the idea that you have to write (for school, work, etc.) to you GET to write. I love what you said about it taming thoughts and ideas. That is SO true.
